Club Volunteers (Activity Supporters)
Bath Gateway Out & About club is looking for volunteers to help support our group of adults members with learning disabilities to enjoy Social and Leisure Activities on a weekly basis on Monday and Wednesday evenings. For example their programme will contain Meals out; Boat Trips; Cinema; Night Club; Disco; Panto; Summer B-B-Q; Picnic in the Park; Local Pub; Day Trips; Yearly Holiday; Fundraising events such as sponsored walks or bag packing, and much more.......
Previous experience with people with learning disabilities would be useful but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for people who are caring, have good common sense and who are also fun loving.
You will gain a great deal of volunteering satisfaction and make a positive difference to our very special members lives. If interested in this very rewarding post then please do get in touch.

NOTE that, if filling in the application form using a computer, there is no need to provide a real signature where indicated (if needed, we will get you to sign our printed copy of your form in person later when we meet you). However, if printing out and filling in the form by hand, please sign and date the application where indicated before posting it to us.
